Iron Craft is looking for a skilled Magento Developer to support the growth of our digital presence and e-commerce capabilities. This role will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our Magento 2 platform to deliver a seamless and reliable online experience for our dealers and customers.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset, enjoys problem-solving, and can translate business needs into effective web solutions that align with Iron Craft’s brand and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and enhance Magento 2 e-commerce websites that support Iron Craft’s online sales and product strategies.
- Design and implement custom modules, extensions, and integrations with third-party systems (including payment gateways, ERPs, and APIs).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Magento stores for performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and best practices.
- Manage Magento environments, version control (Git), and deployment processes across staging and production.
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to Iron Craft’s IT and data-security protocols.
- Stay up to date on Magento updates, patches, and emerging technologies relevant to e-commerce and manufacturing applications.
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Magento Developer (Magento 2.x required).
- Experience developing and customizing Magento 2 modules and extensions.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
- Solid understanding of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with Git version control and structured deployment workflows.
- Working knowledge of Linux server environments and Composer.
- Experience with Adobe Commerce (Enterprise Edition).
- Knowledge of React, Vue.js, or PWA Studio.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker environments.
- Understanding of SEO, web performance optimization, and security best practices.
