This Position reports to:
Production Supervisor
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Production Technician in defining processes. Each day, you will learn to accomplish relevant tasks through on-the-job training and applying this knowledge to support production. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing the cost, quality, and on-time delivery of products.
The work model for the role is:
Onsite, Athens, TN.
- Ability to work in a factory environment (concrete floor, heat, cold, noise, etc)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time; frequent bending stooping, twisting and lifting
- Safety Awareness, use of company designated PPE
- Ability to work with a team
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to receive and understand verbal and written instructions and respond in English
- Proficient in Basic math skills
- Able to lift 10-30 pounds on a continual basis
