By 11:30 PM, with weekly overtime opportunities, you've kept materials flowing safely and on time—helping the team hit production goals without missing a beat.
What Your Evening Looks Like- Navigate a sit‑down forklift to stage, move, load, and unload materials with accuracy and care.
- Perform quick, routine checks on your equipment and flag any maintenance needs before they become issues.
- Stack and store materials efficiently to maximize space and protect inventory.
- Track movement in inventory systems and assist with periodic counts to keep data accurate.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teammates to align with schedules and targets.
- Follow all safety procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area.
- Hands‑on experience operating a sit‑down forklift in a manufacturing setting (required).
- Previous forklift work in warehouse or industrial environments.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory/record updates.
- Strong attention to detail, reliable communication, and team‑first mindset.
- Ability to lift heavy items and operate industrial equipment safely.
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training can be provided if needed).
- Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, plus weekly overtime.
- Based in Athens, TN.
- Material Handler Experience
- Forklift Licensed
- High School / GED
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
