This position reports to the Production Supervisor.

• Support the Production Technician in defining processes.
• Learn to accomplish relevant tasks through on‑the‑job training.
• Apply this knowledge to support production.
• Showcase expertise by optimizing the cost, quality, and on‑time delivery of products.
• Work onsite in Athens, TN.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to receive and understand verbal and written instructions and respond in English.
• Proficient in basic math skills.
• Able to lift 10–30 pounds on a continual basis.
• Ability to work in a factory environment (concrete floor, heat, cold, noise, etc).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time; frequent bending, stooping, twisting and lifting.
• Safety awareness, use of company designated PPE.
• Ability to work with a team.
