ResourceMFG in Athens, TN, is seeking a Plate Loader for the 2nd and 3rd shifts. The job is highly physical, involving walking, standing, lifting 50+ pounds, bending, and reaching overhead during plating operations.
You will load steel bars (10–20 ft long, 20–30 lbs each) onto a vertical rack, then unload them after plating, with a cadence of loading/unloading every 4 minutes. A High School Diploma or GED is required; candidates must be dependable and physically fit, with a strong work ethic.
