Full time RN - ICU position experience preferred.

Graduate of Accredited RN Nursing Educational Program & Licensure in the State of Tennessee as an RN.

• Focus on giving quality customer service/patient care to all patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers while showing courtesy, compassion, kindness, and respect.
• Demonstrate flexibility and skillful problem solving abilities, utilizing a team approach as necessary.
• Choose appropriate channels and times to discuss complaints or concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality by following hospital policy.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities by making suggestions for improvement and helping to make positive changes.
• Keep supervisors appropriately informed of daily activities and developments, accepting accountability for outcomes.
• Accurately perform assignments in a timely, complete, and effective manner.
• Consistently be on time and have good attendance.
• Stay informed regarding hospital and department issues by attending meetings, reading correspondence.
• Actively participate in personal development plans by attending educational programs and professional development activities.
• Actively participate in the building of team spirit within the department/hospital, helping to accomplish the department/hospital mission, and lending a helping hand to other members of the team as appropriate.
• Maintain environment of care standards for fire safety, security, and disaster readiness.
• Demonstrates enjoyment of the job and of employment with the organization.
• Demonstrates adaptability to change, remaining flexible in response to changes in job demands and scheduling.

• Full time RN - ICU position experience preferred. Must have BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
• Graduate of Accredited RN Nursing Educational Program & Licensure in the State of Tennessee as an RN.
