RN Director of Nursing – $4,000 Sign on Bonus

Caris Healthcare seeks an RN Director of Nursing to lead clinical management of our hospice agency. Salary $72,000‑$78,000 yearly, plus a $4,000 sign‑on bonus.

• Oversee all patient care and supervise the clinical team
• Plan and facilitate interdisciplinary team conferences
• Evaluate quality of care, conduct supervisory patient visits
• Analyze patient care data and satisfaction surveys to drive improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
• Recruit, hire, and direct training and education for staff
• Maintain high employee satisfaction and low turnover
• Manage budget to ensure productivity and service utilization
• Act as alternate for the Administrator as needed

• Current RN license in the state of operation
• 1 to 3 years of hospice, palliative care, oncology, or home health experience preferred
• Preferred management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer and technology skills
