$20,000 sign‑on bonus available for qualified applicants
Full Time: 3x12 hour shifts one week and 3x12 hour shifts the next week, Nights (2 p – 2 a), rotating weekends.

Responsibilities- Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
- Establish a plan of care appropriate to identified problems and involve the patient as desired.
- Execute plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care.
- Document patient care provided.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support.
- Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide appropriate education.
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.

- Current Tennessee Registered Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support certification required at the time of hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support required within 6 months of hire or departmental transfer.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support required within 6 months of hire or departmental transfer.
