Meat Helper

• Provide efficient and courteous customer service, supporting the company mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!"
• Maintain a positive, friendly and fun atmosphere through flexibility and teamwork.
• Greet and speak with customers, giving prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
• Ensure self‑service products are properly packaged with correct weights, ingredients, and measurements.
• Follow the company Food Safety program.
• Assist in stocking, rotating, and organizing products and cooler arrangements.
• Help with receiving, ordering, pricing, and rotating all processed meats.
• Keep display cases neat, clean, and with proper code dates.
• Maintain a clean workstation area and sanitize the department at least twice a day.
• Attend on‑site work during scheduled shifts, adhering to time‑and‑attendance policies.
• Light cutting work as needed.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to meet standard physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions and perform routine tasks while interacting with varying levels of individuals.
• Availability to work scheduled shifts on site.
