OverviewDunham's Sports, one of the largest full‑line sporting goods chains in the U.S., was founded in 1937 as Dunham's Bait & Tackle. We now operate over 250 stores in more than 25 states, from Maryland to Montana.
We’re looking for smiling, enthusiastic, sports‑minded individuals with a solid knowledge of sporting goods to provide our customers with excellent service in a fun, fast‑paced environment. This role will be based in Athens, TN.

- Open and close the store.
- Handle merchandising, operational, and administrative functions within the store.
- Lead the store in sales for the assigned area.
- Previous retail supervisory experience.
- Product knowledge in Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics.
- Good merchandising skills are preferred.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to provide excellent customer service.
