Starr Regional Medical Center is seeking a Social Worker (Geropsychology) for a per diem role in Athens, TN. The incumbent will interview and assess patients and families, coordinate services, participate in case reviews, assist with discharge planning, and supervise trainees.
Medicaid screenings are also performed as part of the discharge process.
Required:
Bachelor's in Social Work, active TN Social Worker license (CSW), BLS at hire; CSW with LCSW preferred; geropsychology experience
