Customer Service Representative, Tyler

Prepares and processes new accounts for customers providing all required information in accordance with establishment guidelines and policies by performing the following duties:

• Provides information to new and prospective customers regarding account information, interest rates, account charges, and other pertinent account information.
• Processes and opens new accounts including DDA, Savings, Time Deposits and IRA's.
• Assist with Safe Deposit Boxes, Merchant Credit Cards, request for wire transfers, and debit card processing, ordering and disputes.
• Responds to all customer bookkeeping questions and resolves any problems which may occur including the reconciliation of bank statements, request for statement images, copies of items, placing and removing orders of stop payments and any other customer request.
• Other responsibilities may include Teller Operations and Vault Operations as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
