Join a collegial team of 3 experienced Physicians and 4 Nurse Practitioners as well as specialty providers in cardiology, orthopedics, vascular, pain management, podiatry, endocrinology and sleep medicine.

We recently completed a 10,000 sq. foot expansion of the clinic and our new ER is open with a helipad, a dozen exams rooms, trauma room, full service imaging and laboratory.

  Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 18-20 patients per day
