Join one of Texas’ largest and most respected multispecialty groups—CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic—as we seek a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to become part of our mission-driven, faith-based organization in Athens, TX. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a Physician-led environment that prioritizes quality care, community well‑being, and work‑life balance through innovative, AI‑integrated support systems.
We recently completed a 10,000‑sq. ft. expansion of the clinic. The new ER is open with a helipad, a dozen exam rooms, a trauma room, full‑service imaging, and a laboratory.
Team- Work alongside experienced physicians and patients with an established panel
- Physician‑led organization that empowers clinical leadership and decision‑making

- Size:
Over 1,500 physicians and APCs across Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Arkansas
- Full‑time employment
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM - Patient volume: 18–20 patients per day
- Facility:
Newly renovated clinic with large, full‑service lab and imaging - Technology: AI‑integrated services streamline documentation and enhance patient care
- EMR:
Epic in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- AI‑integrated resources to reduce burnout and support work‑life balance
