Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Local Company in the Athens, TX area.
Schedule
:
Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM, Rotating Saturdays
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding financial needs.
- recommending appropriate products and referring to specialists when needed.
- Provide professional service by assisting with account inquiries, opening accounts, resolving issues, and processing transactions.
- Handle service requests such as debit cards, check orders, and wire transfers.
- Support branch operations with clerical tasks, greet visitors, and stay current on bank systems, policies, and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Banking experience preferred
- Must have strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bank systems is required.
- The Flexibility to move between 2 locations in Athens, TX, and Malakoff, TX
