Project Manager, IT Consultant, Systems Analyst

Job Description

Infosys is seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager with proven requirement gathering skills and experience in preparing technical requirement documents based on the information gathered in technical workshops. This position will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle; involved in business process consulting; define the problem, propose and create the solution; also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution;

and will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

• Demonstrates continual improvement in personal program management skills
• Competent in use of project management tools
• Continually assess the demand for skills required to adequately support program / projects under his or her control
• Executes innovative solutions that produce significant business benefit
• Leads expectations and deliverables within the program via inter/intra project dependencies

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
