• Perform all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keep area neat and clean.

• Any specialized construction/manufacturing experience is highly preferred and will be given priority consideration.
• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired.

Regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Frequently required to stand, walk, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
