Position Summary: The Home Building Team Member performs manufacturing production operations, following standard production methods and practices safe work habits.

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing all relevant OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce quality products while achieving productivity objectives.
• Serve as a good steward of company physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize manufacturing activities.
• Perform other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings desired.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to walk, climb, and lift at least 50 pounds.
