NP, Nurse Practitioner​/PA, Physician Assistant - Family Medicine

Job Summary

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Athens, TX
. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive outpatient environment focused on patient-centered care and long-term wellness.

• Deliver full-scope family medicine services, including preventive, acute, and chronic care management

• Conduct routine physicals, wellness exams, and screenings for patients of all ages

• Diagnose and manage common medical conditions and minor injuries

• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests and imaging

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians

• Provide patient education on wellness, disease prevention, and chronic care management

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR

• Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in family medicine or primary care preferred

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
