Total Point Healthcare is seeking to fill a Nurse Practitioner position in our Urgent Care Center. The Nurse Practitioner will be focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of various conditions. We're looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team who is capable of making quick decisions and interacting effectively with patients.

Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the following:

• Evaluating and treating patients in accordance with clinical best practices for an urgent care and/or occupational health setting.
• Providing compassionate and respectful patient care consistent with Total Point services, values and mission statement.
• Treating all patients who present to the clinic appropriately and discuss the treatment plan with the patient ensuring there is a clear understanding of the next steps.
• Documenting care utilizing the electronic documentation system.
• Taking personal responsibility for appropriately coding and billing for care rendered.
• Delivering exemplary care and act in a legal and ethical manner.
• Maintaining clinical productivity consistent with peers and industry standards for a similar setting.
• Follow up on patient care as indicated.
• Other duties upon the direction of the supervising physician, practice manager and/or executive leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)
• Minimum of 1 year of Nurse Practitioner Experience (Required)
• TX License (Required)
