The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks like merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives and accurate inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Perform price changes, signage hanging, and assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Review planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.

• Interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; generally hard surfaces.
• Shifts usually no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

• Moving and transferring merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull merchandise with proper equipment.
• Occasional overhead reaching, standing, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to handle contact with birds/poultry.
