Location: Athens, TX
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Mandatory Overtime: Every Other Saturday
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Picker Packer Associates to join our warehouse team in Athens, TX
. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, staged, and prepared for shipment while supporting efficient warehouse operations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Move merchandise to pallets, conveyors, shelves, staging areas, and trucks
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against orders and invoices
- Read and follow shipping orders, work orders, and production schedules
- Locate, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Maintain inventory accuracy and a clean, organized work environment
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Forklift or Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) experience is required
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be available to work mandatory overtime every other Saturday
- Regularly lift up to 40 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting throughout the shift
- Competitive starting pay of $19.00/hour
- Consistent 2nd Shift schedule (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
