Assistant Site Manager- Housing

Up to £50,000 + Excellent Package. We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established house builder on a new-build residential development in Keresley, Coventry. You will not be considered if you haven't worked on new-build housing projects. • Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of a new-build housing development.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
• Monitor quality, progress, and site health & safety.
• Assist with programme delivery and site inspections.
• Help ensure NHBC standards and company procedures are maintained.

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new-build housing developments.
• Experience with either traditional build or timber frame construction.
• Valid SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Up to £50,000 depending on experience.
