Surveyor; Assets and Land

£39,862 to £41,771 per annum

37 hours per week

North Warwickshire Borough Council is passionate about creating thriving communities and making the best use of our land and property assets. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Surveyor to play a key role in managing, reviewing and improving our diverse assets.

• Influence investment decisions and support regeneration projects.
• Ensure buildings and public assets remain safe, compliant and fit for the future.
• Undertake property inspections and condition surveys.
• Identify maintenance priorities and oversee planned preventative maintenance programmes.
• Provide professional surveying advice to support strategic decision‑making.
