• Pay: £14.70 per hour
• Hours: 12.5-hour shifts, 3 days on / 3 days off (steady rolling rota) excellent work-life balance! plus opportunities for overtime.
• Holidays: 19.6 shifts AL per year
• Training & Development: Work towards Level 5 Health & Social Care (Adults)

• Oversee Quality & Compliance: Keep meticulous records, maintain regulatory standards, and ensure all policies and procedures are met.
• Develop & Empower: Train, coach, and mentor staff to their full potential. Conduct supervisions, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.
• Encourage Independence: Facilitate daily living skills, personal care, medication administration, and meaningful community engagement.
• Stand-In Management: Confidently step up in the manager’s absence—your leadership keeps everything running smoothly.

• Experience: Minimum 12 months working with adults who have learning disabilities or mental health needs.
• Qualifications: Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Adults)
• Attitude & Values: Person-centred, reliable, and enthusiastic about improving the lives of others.
