Location: Hartshill

Hours: Full-time, Permanent – Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Reporting to: Team Leader

We are currently seeking a Wash Operative to join our team at our Hartshill site. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning trailers, vehicles, and factory transport to a high standard for daily use and MOT preparation, while ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

This is a hands‑on, site‑based role suited to someone who is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Clean the inside and outside of trailers, vehicles, and factory transport to a high standard
• Tip and clean ReFood (food waste) bins
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the wash bay area
• Carry out general hygiene and housekeeping duties within the garage
• Support site operations with ad‑hoc duties as required by management
• Work safely at all times, following health and safety procedures

• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Conscientious approach with a positive work ethic
• Ability to prioritise workload and escalat issues when necessary

• Previous experience working in a factory or yard environment

• Yard / site‑based role
• Interaction with drivers, operatives, team leaders, site staff, and the transport department

• Full‑time, permanent employment
• Stable Monday to Friday working hours
