Optima UK Inc Ltd is recruiting an experienced CNC Miller to join their precision engineering team in Atherstone. The role covers programming, setting and operating 3+2 axis milling machines with Heidenhain controls to produce high‑quality components from engineering drawings.
You will work on a 4 on / 4 off days shift (07:30-18:00), enjoy up to £45,760 basic with realistic OTE up to £62,000 and contribute to continuous improvement in a modern production environment.
