A higher education provider in England is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain and refurbish facilities across its campuses. Responsibilities include preventative and reactive maintenance, monitoring building conditions, and supporting refurbishment planning. The ideal candidate should hold 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification and have experience in building maintenance, particularly with mechanical and electrical systems.
