Job Type: Full‑Time, Temporary to Permanent

• £13.44 per hour (first 12 weeks)
• £14.93 per hour (after 12 weeks)

We are currently hiring Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers for a fast‑paced distribution centre in Atherstone. This is a full‑time, temp‑to‑perm position, ideal for reliable and motivated individuals looking for stable, long‑term warehouse work with excellent progression opportunities.

Successful candidates will be responsible for order picking, pallet wrapping, and general warehouse duties in both chill and ambient environments.

• Ambient: 6:00 AM start
• Chill: 5:00 AM start
• Average 7‑8 hours per shift
• Rota: 4 on / 2 off (including weekend work)
• Full‑time hours with consistent shift patterns

• Voice order picking using LLOP (Low Level Order Picker)
• Pallet wrapping and preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading goods
• Working in chill and ambient environments
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Meeting daily targets in a team environment

• No previous experience required – full training provided
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
• Comfortable with manual handling and fast‑paced work
• Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test (completed at our Nuneaton office if successful)
