This position provides a structured, strength-based therapeutic relationship for children and their families in natural settings such as home or school, in collaboration with a paraprofessional who provides family support and training as part of the clinician’s treatment plan (such plan serving as either the hub of a family’s services or as part of an Intensive Care Coordination care plan).

You Will

As a Senior Family Support Clinician:

  • Provide transportation for consumers as appropriate, following program guidelines.
  • Be available to work flexible schedule which will include some evening and weekend work, as required by client needs.

Your Background
