Child Welfare Supervisor

Position: Full-Time Child Welfare Supervisor Role
Take on a vital child welfare leadership role as a Supervisor in Fort Frances or Atikokan, Ontario. This full-time position emphasizes clinical supervision and effective program management.

In your role as Supervisor, you'll be responsible for directing assigned staff and managing program initiatives. Your expertise will guide compliance with legislative mandates and facilitate budget monitoring. You will also engage with local stakeholders and ensure that programs are efficiently delivered to meet community needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and support their clinical development

• Manage and review program effectiveness and budgets

• Ensure compliance with ministry and legislative standards

• Collaborate with community stakeholders

• Organize and maintain precise documentation

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work preferred

• Five years of experience in child welfare required

• Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s License

• Reliable transportation with appropriate insurance

• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector check
