Atikokan Sawmill Industrial Laborer

As an Industrial Laborer with Domtar, you will work at the Atikokan Sawmill focusing on safety and high-quality production. The role involves monitoring machinery, ensuring cleanliness, and completing heavy lifting as needed. You will collaborate with a results-oriented team and report to the Sawmill Supervisor, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with safety standards

• Operate machinery and monitor use

• Ensure cleanliness of work areas

• Perform manual tasks such as lifting and shoveling

• Check product quality against required standards

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent

• Relevant industrial experience preferred

• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts

• Transportation to and from Atikokan Sawmill
