Key Responsibilities for the Senior Staff Accountant:

• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and roll forwards
• Manage fixed asset accounting, inventory tracking, and capital project accounting
• Assist with monthly cash flow forecasting and project financial planning
• Partner with project and property accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance
• Develop and maintain reporting and analysis using advanced Excel tools

Qualifications for the Senior Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of accounting and/or finance experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting software systems
• Experience with in construction, real estate, or project-based accounting environments is a plus
