American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for a surgery center specializing in Ortho, Plastics, General, Colorectal and GYN procedures, requiring GA or compact RN licensure.
Requirements- Active GA or compact RN license required
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the OR specialty required
- Surgery center setting performing Ortho, Plastics, General, Colorectal and GYN surgeries
- 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:45am-3:15pm
- 4 shifts per week with 32 guaranteed hours weekly
- No on-call requirements
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve)
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler
- RTO must be requested prior to offer acceptance and cannot be requested afterward
