HOPE Atlanta is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to deliver outreach, engagement, linkage, and housing referrals for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in the Atlanta area, including near Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. You will coordinate ISP plans, document in HMIS, and connect clients to housing, mental health, and employment resources.
