LHH is working in partnership with a client in Orlando, Florida, to seek out a dynamic HR Manager for their organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources from recruitment, employee relations, talent development, payroll management to policy and safety compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for complete payroll processing.
• Administer benefits, including eligibility, enrollments, reporting, and vendor management.
• Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Efficiently manage both onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and annual performance appraisals.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and company needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
• Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.

Experience and Requirements:

• 3+ years of HR experience.
• 2+ years of payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000
