Overview
Excelcare at The Pines is hiring Full-Time Staffing Coordinator.
Location:
29 N Vermont Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Accessibility:
Must be available on weekends for staffing needs.

- Develop, manage, and maintain the master schedule for all nursing staff.
- Report labor hours daily, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance.
- Coordinate coverage for open shifts and address scheduling conflicts promptly.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure proper staffing levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee schedules and attendance.
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to staff effectively.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Staffing Coordinator in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of master scheduling and daily labor hour reporting.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
