ResponsibilitiesAs the Players Club Manager at Borgata, you will oversee and coordinate the development, execution, and sustainability of program improvement initiatives that align with the property’s overall guest experience strategy.
- Strategize with management to meet all department, property, and corporate goals and financial initiatives through analysis of KPIs.
- Analyze data and make necessary adjustments to current strategy to improve guest experience through research, development, evaluation, and implementation of new programs, services, products, and technology.
- Develop and implement programs to increase and improve employee engagement and guest service, aligning with all property and company goals.
- Create and maintain a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction, ensuring quality hiring, training, and succession planning.
- Regularly review and update departmental policies and procedures to keep practices relevant and up to date.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in a manager or supervisor role in slot operations or a gaming environment.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Hourly rate: $61,700.00 – $82,300.00 per year. The actual salary will reflect various factors including location. Position eligible for the company’s incentive plan and comprehensive benefits program (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off).
