• Develop and design architectural plans for commercial and industrial projects, using innovative and sustainable design principles.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit and 3D modeling software to create detailed architectural designs.
• Manage and coordinate with project teams throughout the design and implementation process.
• Conduct site and space planning to ensure optimal use of space and alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded.
• Present design proposals and detailed plans to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all architectural designs are in compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Continually research and implement new design techniques, technologies and materials to enhance project outcomes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, site planning, and space planning.
• A solid understanding and application of sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing completed architectural designs.
• Professional registration as an Architect will be considered a plus.
