V&V /Test and Evaluation (T&E) Engineer - looking for various levels of experience

Location:

WJHTC FAA, Atlantic City, NJ ONSITE

Duties to be Performed: Support the Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) of NAS Terminal Automation Systems used by personnel at FAA ARTCC, TRACON, ATCT & DoD facilities; follow test processes and best practices; develop and review test procedures and system documentation; assist in identifying, analyzing, coordinating, resolving, and reporting the resolution of implementation issues generated by projects.

Qualifications - Minimum

Required:

Relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree (e.g., Physical Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline) or 5 years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree. Must be team-oriented with the ability to communicate technical information orally and in writing to diverse audiences.

Previous Experience

Required:

Experience or familiarity with testing NAS automation systems; software development; LAN debugging/testing; reviewing and analyzing system or program requirements; identifying risks and mitigation strategies; developing test approaches and schedules; peer reviewing test plans and reports; familiarity with AT concepts and FAA test and evaluation processes is a plus.
