Network Security Engineer

Duration: 12+ months (Temp to Permanent)
Pay rate: $46/Hr. to $51.20/Hr. on W2

• Act as engineering support to network security operations for the testing and configuration of new information security products and services.
• Make configuration changes, code upgrades and troubleshoot issues related to firewalls, load balancers, routers, and switches.
• Explain complex issues, data flows, and packet analysis to the customer in a way they can understand.
• Perform packet captures and analysis of packet captures to identify anomalous behavior and performance issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field minimum six (6) years of prior relevant experience. Otherwise, Graduate Degree and a minimum of four (4) years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of ten (10) years prior related experience.
• Relevant network engineering experience with security technology management, including system test, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a global enterprise environment.
• Experience integrating large complex multi-vendor solutions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a FAA public trust clearance.
