** THE JOB:
** Join us as a Cashiering Supervisor, where your leadership and welcoming presence will elevate every guest’s experience! In this dynamic role, you will manage daily operations by counting cash, updating POS systems, and maintaining accurate Excel spreadsheets. You will take charge of the shift, ensuring smooth operations while researching variances and creating unforgettable WOW moments that transform guests’ stays into cherished memories!
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Assist the manager with daily operations, supervise F&B cashiers, and provide oversight and support to other F&B POS users, ensure revenue is accounted for accurately
* Train cashiers on resort and departmental policies and procedures, as well as operation of the resort’s POS
* Supervise F&B Cashiers including counseling and disciplinary action that may be necessary in accordance with company policy; document and resolve all incidents related to cash handling and POS; report and escalate issues, as needed, to the F&B Cashier Manager
* Monitor, investigate and resolve over/short variances; collaborate with restaurant/outlet managers to obtain and document over/short variance explanations
* Review/audit cashier paperwork, notify management of anomalies and prevalent issues
* Write and communicate new rules and procedures to the F&B cashiers
* Ensure department and outlets have required supplies and submit orders to replenish inventories
* Ensure all POS related equipment is in proper working order, troubleshoot Info genesis problems and ensure terminals and workstations are kept clean at all times
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** High School Diploma or GED
* 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
* 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Supervisory experience in an F&B cashier environment Preferred

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
