The Role

Responsible for the operation of the assigned window, which includes currency exchanges, jackpot payouts, redemptions of chips, gaming vouchers, coupons, and comps. Provide excellent customer service and support guests throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Verify assigned funds at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ensure accountability of all transactions through verification and documentation exchanges.
• Operate bank(s) (Main, Chip, and Check) according to procedures.
• Issue and redeem counter checks; exchange cash for chips, coins, and tokens as assigned.
• Perform cash advance and check‑cashing transactions.
• Process customer deposit transactions.
• Perform functions of a Pit Clerk, Credit Clerk, and/or Line Facilitator as assigned.
• Adhere to all Anti‑Money Laundering procedures.
• Assist in training cashiers for window and bank functions.
• Promote a team environment and take a leadership role in departmental initiatives.
• Maintain positive interactions with guests and employees.
• Provide a fun‑filled, entertaining environment for guests through flawless service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Read and write in English.
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills.
