Cleaner, Heavy Duty Specialist – Full Time (Harrah's Atlantic City)

• Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills: displays outlined service behaviors, maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy, sustains enthusiasm, celebrates guest wins, greets guests warmly, anticipates needs, provides fast flawless service, checks for satisfaction, effectively resolves service breakdowns, promotes Total Rewards programs, provides warm farewell and thanks guests.
• Performs a wide range of cleaning duties: clears trash urns and ash trays, vacuums carpeted areas, sweeps and mops tile/brick/concrete surfaces, polishes furniture and bright areas, strips and waxes tile floors, shampoos and spots carpeted areas.
• Operates specialized equipment: extractor equipment, floor scrubbers, shampoo machines, polishing machines, special vacuum cleaners and scrubbers.
• Works in restricted casino areas under security escort as required and operates a motorized vehicle such as an aerial lift.

• Physically strong, able to lift 50 lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Knowledge of floor machines and cleaning equipment.
• General knowledge of chemicals, shampoos, strippers and waxes.
• Open (no specific education required).

$22.50 per hour.
