Supervisor Front Services
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSConsistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors. Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guest’s wins. Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.
Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Promotes Total Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
Maintains proper Bell Staff rotation, maintains record of service performed. Receives service requests and makes appropriate work assignments utilizing "front" & "lasts" as appropriate. Assists guests in a polite, courteous manner when answering inquiries and ensures proper handling of Front Service phone calls. Performs daily supply, equipment checks, maintains equipment, supply log book. Supervises handling of all tour group luggage, accounting for luggage counts and proper tagging of luggage.
Maintains inventory of all printed supplies and notifies Supervisor when orders are required. Delivers, picks‑up guest laundry/dry cleaning and maintains accurate log of same. The Bell Captain is also responsible for the luggage room. All storage and retrieval of guest luggage in the luggage room will be handled by the Bell Captain.
High School diploma or equivalent industry work experience. Patience, poise, excellent communication skills, excellent knowledge of local area. Two years supervisory experience preferred.
