IT Specialist; Custspt Security Clearance

Position: IT SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT) with Security Clearance
Duties As a IT SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT), GS-2210-11, you will:
* Troubleshoot and diagnose system failures to isolate source of problems
* Assist in solving problems associated with delivery of hardware and software orders
* Provide customer technical assistance and support for all users
* Identify and document system requirements for specific needs of customers
* Manage system user accounts, reset system passwords, and resolve firewall issues

* Planning the sequence of actions necessary to accomplish an assignment
* Coordinating with others outside the organizational unit
* Developing project controls
* Adapting guidelines or precedents to meet the needs of the assignment
* Preparing documentation on cost/benefit studies
