The Role:Manages information technology (IT) tasks and staff, establishes relationships with external clients, services computer systems and software, and maintains computer networks and user connectivity. Be prepared with solutions and make sure you are always ready for any problems that may arise.
Responsibilities:- Develop relationships with external clients and organizations to assess their technology, support, and security needs
- Provide client assessments, and pitch IT equipment and service packages during meetings or presentations
- Offer innovative solutions that meet clients' needs while remaining cost effective
- Manage projects by creating timelines, adhering to budgets, and assigning staff members
- Establish client and sales goals, and track progress and other metrics
- Maintain relationships with technology, software, and security vendors
- Manage and assess the performance of staff members who specialize in support, sales, and installation
- Identify staffing needs and work with human resources colleagues to pursue the hiring process
- Maintain familiarity with current and upcoming IT equipment, services, and other developments
- Coordinate troubleshooting, support, and service for equipment and networks when necessary
- Uphold a sense of customer service and measure client satisfaction
