• Manage the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring the facility meets all safety and regulatory standards.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and repair schedules for equipment, systems, and building infrastructure.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized services.

• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Availability to respond to on-call emergencies.
