D2 Government Solutions is seeking a qualified ALSE Inspector/Maintainer for our USCG Air Station Atlantic City Egg Harbor Township, NJ location.
Responsibilities- Inspect, maintain, overhaul, and repair Aviation Life Support Equipment (e.g., survival vests, rafts, oxygen/CO₂ inflation components) per USCG directives
- Perform periodic inspections, service-life tracking, and documentation in ALMIS/ATIP (or designated logs)
- Manage ALSE shop control: tool control, calibration coordination, inventory accountability
- Ensure PPE and HAZMAT handling compliance; maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Meet QASP/PRS AQLs; support QA inspections and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with flight operations/maintenance for ALSE availability to support mission schedules
- Demonstrated ALSE inspection/maintenance training/experience per USCG standards and process guides
- Knowledge of ALSE technical data, inspection intervals, and service-life regulations
- U.S. citizen; fluent in English; able to obtain/maintain CAC; meet site safety and medical/PPE requirements
- Prefer prior USCG/DOD ALSE experience or OEM training
