Registered Nurse (RN) $3000 sign on bonus

Full‑time Registered Nurse at Excel Care at The Pines. Pay range $38–$45 per hour with a $3,000 sign‑on bonus.

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health and well‑being
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure consistent, high‑quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory standards

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Experience in long‑term care or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A compassionate, resident‑centered approach to care
